سهام غیر کنترلی
سهام غیر کنترلی، که به عنوان سهام اقلیت نیز شناخته میشود، موقعیت مالکیتی است که در آن سهامداری کمتر از 50% از سهام موجود را در اختیار دارد و هیچ کنترلی بر تصمیمات ندارد. سهام غیر کنترلی به ارزش خالص دارایی نهادها اندازه گیری میشود و برای حق رای بالقوه در نظر گرفته نمیشود.
Non-Controlling Interest
A non-controlling interest, also known as a minority interest, is an ownership position wherein a shareholder owns less than 50% of outstanding shares and has no control over decisions. Non-controlling interests are measured at the net asset value of entities and do not account for potential voting rights.
