نامزد
نامزد، شخصی یا شرکتی است که نامش بر روی اوراق بهادار یا اموال دیگر برای تسهیل برخی تراکنشها یا نقل و انتقالات عنوان میشود در حالی که مشتری اصلی را به عنوان مالکی واقعی یا قانونی باقی میگذارد. بدین ترتیب، یک نامزد میتواند به عنوان یک قیم عمل کند.
یک حساب نامزد نوعی حساب است که در آن یک کارگزار سهام، سهام متعلق به مشتریان را نگه میدارد، خرید و فروش آن سهام را آسانتر و بهتر محافظت میکند. در چنین ترتیبی، گفته میشود که سهام به نام خیابان نگهداری میشود.
