کمیته انتصابات، به کمیته ای اشاره دارد که به عنوان بخشی از اصول حاکمیت شرکتی سازمان عمل میکند. کمیته انتصابات هیات مدیره یک شرکت را ارزیابی میکند و مهارتها و ویژگیهای مورد نیاز نامزدهای هیات مدیره را بررسی میکند. کمیتههای انتصابات ممکن است وظایف دیگری نیز داشته باشند که از شرکتی به شرکت دیگر متفاوت است.
