استعلام اعتباری، نوعی درخواست اطلاعات اعتباری است که شامل گزارش اعتباری کامل افراد میشود و از امتیاز اعتباری آنها امتیازهایی را کسر میکند. این درخواست را وام دهندگان یا اعتبار دهندگان در تصمیم گیری برای اعطای اعتبار یا وام استفاده میکنند و بهطور معمول، موجب کاهش کوتاهمدت امتیاز اعتباری میشود.
