غذاهای اصلاح شده ژنتیکی، مواد غذایی تولید شده از ارگانیسمهایی است که ژنهای آن برای ارائه صفاتی تغییر یافتهاند که از طریق گزینش طبیعی ایجاد نمیشوند. غذاهای اصلاح شده ژنتیکی (بیشتر میوه و سبزیجات) از سال 1994 به صورت تجاری در دسترس میباشند.
Genetically Modified Food (GMF)
Genetically Modified Foods (GMF) are produced from organisms that have had their genes altered to introduce traits not created through natural selection. Genetically modified foods (mostly fruits and vegetables) have been commercially available since the 1994.
