بازار تعدیل، دورهای است که در آن بین اوراق بهادار با درآمد ثابت اختلافهای بازده موقتی روی میدهند و سپس تعدیل میشوند. یک دوره تعدیل را میتوان بهعنوان دوره تنظیم مجدد درنظر گرفت که در آن ناشران اوراق قرضه و بنگاههای رتبهبندی اعتباری، اوراق بهادار با درآمد ثابت معوق را بررسی میکنند و هر گونه اطلاعاتی را تنظیم یا منتشر میکنند که عموم مردم میتوانند برای اصلاح در اختلاف قیمت یا بازده استفاده کنند، یا هر گونه ناکارآمدی در بازار را اصلاح میکنند و به بهترین شکل ریسک / پاداش، اوراق قرضه را در مقایسه با اوراق قرضه مشابه در بازار منعکس میکنند.
Workout Market
A workout period is the period of time when temporary yield discrepancies occur between fixed income securities and are subsequently adjusted. A workout period can be viewed as a sort of reset period, in which bond issuers and credit rating agencies review outstanding fixed income issues and adjust or disseminate any information that the public can use to rectify discrepancies in price or yield; or, to correct any inefficiencies in the market and best reflect the risk/reward profile of the bond compared with similar bonds in the market.
