حساب عدم مطابقت (عدم مطابقت سررسید)
حساب عدم مطابقت، اصطلاحی است که برای توصیف موقعیتهایی بهکار میرود که بین داراییهای کوتاه مدت شرکت و بدهیهای کوتاه مدت آن، بهویژه بدهیها بیش از داراییها، عدم مطابقت وجود دارد. عدم مطابقت سررسیدها همچنین میتواند زمانی رخ دهد که یک ابزار پوششی ریسک و سررسیدهای دارایی پایه مطابقت نداشته باشند.
عدم مطابقت سررسید بهعنوان "عدم مطابقت دارایی- بدهی" نیز شناخته میشود.
Unmatched Book (Maturity mismatch)
Maturity mismatch is a term used to describe situations when there's a disconnect between a company's short-term assets and its short-term liabilities—specifically more of the latter than the former. Maturity mismatches can also occur when a hedging instrument and the underlying asset's maturities are misaligned.
A maturity mismatch may also be referred to as an asset-liability mismatch.
