وام با حق رجوع
وام با حق رجوع، اصطلاحی برای اشاره به نوعی وام است که به وامدهنده کمک میکند چنانچه وامگیرنده نتواند آن را پرداخت کند و ارزش دارایی پایه برای پوشش وام کافی نباشد، سرمایهگذاری خود را جبران کند. وام با حق رجوع شکلی از تامین مالی تضمینشده است. این وام به وامدهنده اجازه میدهد سایر داراییهای بدهکار را دنبال کند که بهعنوان وثیقه قرار نگرفتهاند یا در صورت نکول برای پرداخت کامل بدهی، اقدام قانونی انجام دهند.
Recourse Loan
