تثبیت قیمت، اصطلاحی برای اشاره به رویه پیوند زدن یا گره زدن نرخ تبدیل ارز یک کشور به ارز کشور دیگر است. تثبیت قیمت اغلب شامل نسبتهای از پیش تعیینشده است و بههمین دلیل، به آن نرخ ثابت میگویند. تثببتها اغلب برای ایجاد ثبات برای ارز یک کشور با پیوند زدن آن به یک ارز با ثبات مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند.
