پذیرهنویسی بیشازحد، اصطلاحی برای زمانی است که تقاضا برای انتشار جدید سهام بیشتر از تعداد سهام موجود باشد. هنگامیکه یک انتشار جدید بیشازحد پذیرهنویسی میشود، پذیرهنویسان یا سایر نهادهای مالی ارائهدهنده اوراق میتوانند قیمت را به سمت بالا تنظیم کنند یا اوراق بهادار بیشتری را برای انعکاس تقاضای بالاتر از حد انتظار ارائه دهند.
پذیرهنویسی بیشازحد را میتوان با پذیرهنویسی کمتر از حد مقایسه کرد که در آن تقاضا نمیتواند بهطورکامل عرضه سهام موجود را تامین کند.
Oversubscribed
Oversubscribed is a term used when the demand for a new issue of stock is greater than the number of shares available. When a new issue is oversubscribed, underwriters or other financial entities offering the security can adjust the price upward or offer more securities to reflect the higher-than-anticipated demand.
An oversubscribed issue can be contrasted with an undersubscribed issue, where demand cannot fully meet the available supply of shares.
