مخزن اختیار
مخزن اختیار، متشکل از سهامی است که برای کارکنان یک شرکت خصوصی اندوخته شدهاست. مخزن اختیار راهی برای جذب کارکنان با استعداد به یک شرکت نوپا است؛ اگر کارکنان به شرکت کمک کنند تا خوب عمل کند و شرکت سهامی عام شود، در عوض به آنها با سهام پاداش داده خواهد شد. کارکنانی که زودتر وارد شرکت نوپا میشوند، بهطورمعمول نسبت به کارکنانی که دیرتر وارد میشوند درصد بیشتری از مخزن اختیار معامله را دریافت میکنند.
اندازه اولیه مخزن اختیار ممکن است با دورههای بعدی تامین مالی، بهدلیل تقاضای مالکیت سرمایهگذاران، کاهش یابد.
Option Pool
An option pool consists of shares of stock reserved for employees of a private company. The option pool is a way of attracting talented employees to a startup company—if the employees help the company do well enough to go public, they will be compensated with stock. Employees who get into the startup early will usually receive a greater percentage of the option pool than employees who arrive later.
The initial size of the option pool may decrease with subsequent rounds of funding because of investors' ownership demands.
