سرمایه گذار نامعتبر، هر سرمایه گذاری است که الزامات درآمد یا ارزش ویژه تعیین شده توسط کمیسیون بورس و اوراق بهادار را برآورده نمیکند. مفهوم سرمایه گذار غیر معتبر از قوانین و مقررات مختلف کمیسیون بورس و اوراق بهادار میآید که به سرمایه گذاران معتبر اشاره میکند.
سرمایه گذار معتبر میتواند یک بانک یا یک شرکت باشد، اما به طور عمده، برای متمایز کردن افرادی استفاده میشود که از نظر مالی به اندازه کافی مطلع هستند تا بدون حمایت کمیسیون بورس و اوراق بهادار به فعالیت های سرمایهگذاری خود رسیدگی کنند
Non-Accredited Investor
A non-accredited investor is any investor who does not meet the income or net worth requirements set out by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The concept of a non-accredited investor comes from the various SEC acts and regulations that refer to accredited investors.
An accredited investor can be a bank or a company but is mainly used to distinguish individuals who are considered financially knowledgeable enough to look after their own investing activities without SEC protection.
