Ltd، مخفف استاندارد "Limited"، شکلی از ساختار شرکتی است که در کشورهایی از جمله بریتانیا، ایرلند و کانادا وجود دارد. این اصطلاح بهعنوان پسوند پس از نام شرکت میآید و نشان میدهد که یک شرکت سهامی خاص با مسئولیت محدود است. در یک شرکت سهامی با مسئولیت محدود، مسئولیت سهامداران محدود به سرمایهای است که در ابتدا سرمایهگذاری کردهاند. اگر چنین شرکتی ورشکسته شود، داراییهای شخصی سهامداران محفوظ خواهند ماند.
