وصیتنامه هولوگرافیک
وصیتنامه هولوگرافیک، یک سند دستنویس و با امضای وصیتکننده است. این وصیتنامه جایگزین وصیتنامهای است که توسط وکیل تهیه میشود. برخی از ایالتها (ایالاتمتحده) وصیتنامه هولوگرافیک را به رسمیت نمیشناسند. ایالتهایی که آن را میپذیرند، الزامات خاصی را برای معتبر شناختن آن ضروری میدانند. حداقل الزامات برای اکثر ایالتها، اثبات نوشته شدن وصیتنامه توسط وصیتکننده است، با شواهدی مبنی بر اینکه وصیتکننده از توانایی ذهنی برای نوشتن وصیتنامه برخوردار بوده است و وصیتنامه باید حاوی تمایل وصیتکننده برای واگذاری اموال شخصی به ذینفعان باشد.
Holographic Will
A holographic will is a handwritten and testator-signed document and is an alternative to a will produced by a lawyer. Some states do not recognize holographic wills. States that do permit holographic wills require the document meet specific requirements to be valid. The minimal requirements for most states are proof that the testator wrote the will, evidence that the testator had the mental capacity to write the will, and the will must contain the testator's wish to disburse personal property to beneficiaries.
