شاخص پیشرفت واقعی (GPI)
شاخص پیشرفت واقعی، معیاری است که برای اندازهگیری رشد اقتصادی یک کشور بهکار میرود. این شاخص بهعنوان معیاری جایگزین برای شاخص اقتصادی مرسومتر یعنی شاخص اقتصادی تولید ناخالص داخلی در نظر گرفته میشود. شاخص تولید ناخالص داخلی تمام چیزهای استفاده شده در تولید داخلی را مد نظر قرار میدهد، اما ارقام دیگری را نیز به آن اضافه میکند که نشانگر هزینه اثرات منفی مربوط به فعالیتهای اقتصادی مانند هزینه جنایات، هزینه تخریب لایه اوزون، هزینه استهلاک منابع و غیره میباشد.
Genuine Progress Indicator (GPI)
A genuine progress indicator (GPI) is a metric used to measure the economic growth of a country. It is often considered an alternative metric to the more well-known gross domestic product (GDP) economic indicator. The GPI indicator takes everything the GDP uses into account but adds other figures that represent the cost of the negative effects related to economic activity, such as the cost of crime, cost of ozone depletion, and cost of resource depletion, among others.
