شاخص هزینه وجوه حوزه 11 (COFI)
شاخص هزینه وجوه حوزه 11، میانگین موزونشده ماهانه نرخهای بهره پرداختی به حسابهای چک (جاری) و پسانداز است که توسط موسسههای مالی فعال در ایالتهای آریزونا، کالیفرنیا و نوادا ارائه میشود. این شاخص در سال 1981 ایجاد شد و یکی از بسیار شاخصهایی است که توسط وامدهندگان وام رهنی برای تنظیم نرخ بهره وامهای رهنی با نرخ قابل تنظیم استفاده میشود.
11th District Cost of Funds Index (COFI)
The 11th District Cost of Funds Index (COFI) is a monthly weighted average of the interest rates paid on checking and savings accounts offered by financial institutions operating in Arizona, California, and Nevada. It is one of many indices used by mortgage lenders to adjust the interest rate on adjustable rate mortgages (ARM) and was launched in 1981.
