سهام زد
سهام زد، طبقهای از سهام صندوقهای سرمایهگذاری مشترک است که کارکنان مدیریت شرکت صندوق مجاز به مالکیت آن هستند. کارکنان، اختیار خرید سهام زد را دارند. این سهام همچنین در طرحهای مزایای کارکنان استفاده میشود و بهعنوان بخشی از جبران مزایا یا از طریق یک بسته پاداش ارائه میشوند.
Z-Share
A Z-share is a class of mutual fund shares that employees of the fund's management company are allowed to own. Employees may have the option to buy Z-shares. They are also used in employee benefit plans and offered as a part of compensation or through a reward package.
