OTCQB (بازار مخاطرهآمیز)
OTCQB، که "بازار مخاطرهآمیز" نیز نامیده میشود، لایه میانی بازار فرابورس برای سهام ایالاتمتحده است. این بازار در سال 2010 ایجاد شد و بهطورعمده از شرکتهای ایالاتمتحده و بینالمللی در مراحل اولیه و در حال توسعه ایجاد شدهاست که هنوز قادر به برآورده کردن شرایط برای OTCQX نیستند، اما به اندازه پایینترین لایه اوراق صورتی هم مخاطرهآمیز نیستند.
OTCQB (The Venture Market)
The OTCQB, also called "The Venture Market," is the middle tier of the over-the-counter (OTC) market for U.S. stocks. It was created in 2010 and consists mainly of early-stage and developing U.S. and international companies that are not yet able to qualify for the OTCQX but are not as speculative as the lowest-tier Pink Sheets.
