KSOP
اصطلاح KSOP، به یک طرح بازنشستگی مناسب اشاره دارد که طرح مالکیت سهام کارکنان (ESOP) را با طرح پسانداز بازنشستگی (k)401 ترکیب میکند. در اصل، این طرح مالکیت سهام کارکنان است که در قالب طرح بازنشستگی اجرا میشود. بدین ترتیب، طرح KSOP توسط کارفرمایان به کارکنان خود ارائه میشود. شرکت هایی که این طرح ها را ارائه میکنند، مشارکت کارکنان را به جای پول نقد با سهام فراهم میکنند.
KSOP
The term KSOP refers to a qualified retirement plan that combines an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) with a 401(k). It is essentially an ESOP that operates within a 401(k). As such, KSOPs are offered by employers to their employees. Companies that offer these plans match employee contributions with stock rather than cash.
