کارت انجام کار، فرمی است که زمان صرف شده توسط کارمند را برای انجام یک شغل خاص نشان میدهد. این فرم بهعنوان مبنایی برای صدور صورتحساب هزینههای نیروی کار ارائه شده به طور مستقیم به مشتریان استفاده میشود. همچنین ممکن است برای محاسبه دستمزد کارمندانی بهکار رود که بهصورت ساعتی پرداخت میشوند. در زمینه حسابداری برای ساعتهای کار یک کارمند، کارت انجام کار بهعنوان "کارت زمان" یا "برگه زمان کار" نیز شناخته میشود که بیشتر مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. در زمینه ثبت تعداد ساعاتی که کارگر برای یک کار خاص صرف کرده است، ممکن است از اصطلاح "سفارش کار" نیز استفاده شود.
