وصیتنامه
وصیتنامه، که آخرین وصیت یا عهدنامه نیز نامیده میشود، اعلامیهای قانونی و قابل اجرا است که نشان میدهد یک شخص چگونه میخواهد اموال و داراییهای خود را پس از فوت توزیع کند.
وصیتنامه میتواند اهداف دیگری نیز داشته باشد. برای مثال، فرد میتواند با وصیتنامه برای مراقبت از فرزندان صغیر خود یک قیم معرفی کند یا اولویتهای در مورد بقایا و مراسم دفن خود را بیان کند.
Will
A will, also called a last will and testament, is a legally enforceable declaration of how a person wants their property and assets distributed after death.
A will can serve other purposes, as well. For example, through their will, a person can recommend a guardian to care for surviving minor children or state their preferences for their remains and funeral.
