معامله صوری (دادوستد صوری)
معامله صوری، فرایندی است که در آن معاملهگر اوراق بهادار را با هدف ارائه اطلاعات گمراه کننده به بازار، خرید و فروش میکند. در برخی موارد، معاملههای صوری توسط یک معاملهگر و یک کارگزار انجام میشود که با یکدیگر تبانی میکنند و در موارد دیگر معاملههای صوری توسط سرمایهگذارانی انجام میشود که هم بهعنوان خریدار و هم بهعنوان فروشنده اوراق بهادار، عمل میکنند.
Wash Trading
Wash trading is a process whereby a trader buys and sells a security for the express purpose of feeding misleading information to the market. In some situations, wash trades are executed by a trader and a broker who are colluding with each other, and other times wash trades are executed by investors acting as both the buyer and the seller of the security.
