فرم W-2
فرم W-2، که بهعنوان "صورت دستمزد و مالیات" نیز شناخته میشود، سندی است که کارفرما برای هر کارمند ارسال میکند و تا پایان ژانویه سال مالیاتی بعدی آن را به اداره تامین اجتماعی ارائه میدهد. یک نسخه از آن به سازمان مالیاتی ایالاتمتحده ارسال میشود.
فرم W-2 دستمزدهای پرداخت شده توسط کارفرما و میزان درآمدی را نشان میدهد که بابت مالیات بر درآمد، مالیات تامین اجتماعی و مالیات مراقبتهای بهداشتی، از چک حقوقی کارمندان کسر میشود.
W-2 Form
Form W-2, also known as the Wage and Tax Statement, is a document an employer sends to each employee and files with the Social Security Administration (SSA) by the end of January following the tax year. The IRS gets a copy.
Form W-2 shows the wages paid by an employer and the amount of income withheld from employee paychecks for income taxes, Social Security taxes, and Medicare taxes.
