بدهی یکپارچه، یک ساختار وام ترکیبی را نشان میدهد که بدهی با اولویت و بدهی بدون اولویت را در یک وام ترکیب میکند و به بانکها امکان میدهد در برابر صندوقهای بدهی خصوصی، بهتر رقابت کنند. وامگیرنده این نوع بدهی بهطور معمول نرخ بهرهای را پرداخت میکند که بین نرخهای بهرهای است که هر نوع وام بهطور جداگانه اعمال میکند.
