پیشگوی بیطرفانه
نظریه انتظارات تلاش میکند براساس نرخهای بهره بلند مدت فعلی، نرخهای بهره کوتاه مدت را در آینده پپیشبینی کند. این نظریه اشاره میکند که یک سرمایهگذار با سرمایهگذاری در دو سرمایهگذاری متوالی در اوراق قرضه یکساله در برابر سرمایهگذاری در یک اوراق قرضه دوساله، همان سود را بهدست میآورد. این نظریه بهعنوان "نظریه انتظارات بیطرفانه" نیز شناخته میشود.
Unbiased Predictor
Expectations theory attempts to predict what short-term interest rates will be in the future based on current long-term interest rates. The theory suggests that an investor earns the same interest by investing in two consecutive one-year bond investments versus investing in one two-year bond today. The theory is also known as the "unbiased expectations theory."
