اموال امانی
اموال امانی، اشاره به داراییهایی است که در یک رابطه امانتداری بین امانتگذار و امین برای یک ذینفع تعیینشده قرار گرفتهاند. اموال امانی ممکن است شامل هر نوع دارایی از جمله پول نقد، اوراق بهادار، املاک و مستغلات یا بیمهنامههای عمر باشد. اموال امانی بهعنوان "داراییهای امانی" یا "سرمایه اولیه امانی" نیز نامیده میشود.
Trust Property
