ارزش کل بنگاه اقتصادی (TEV)
ارزش کل بنگاه اقتصادی، اندازهگیری ارزش است که برای مقایسه شرکتهایی با سطوح مختلف بدهی بهکارمیرود. این نه تنها ارزش حقوق صاحبان سهام را شامل میشود، بلکه ارزش بازار بدهی آن را نیز دربرمیگیرد و درعینحال، وجه نقد و معادلهای آن را کم میکند.
ارزش بنگاه اقتصادی، جایگزین جامعتری برای ارزش بازار درنظرگرفته میشود و بهطور معمول برای محاسبه ارزش شرکت هدف برای قبضه مالکیت استفاده میشود.
Total enterprise value (TEV) is a valuation measurement used to compare companies with varying levels of debt. It includes not only a company's equity value but also the market value of its debt while subtracting out cash and cash equivalents.
TEV is considered a more comprehensive alternative to market capitalization and is commonly used to calculate the cost of a target company in a takeover.
