توزیع سهام شرکت فرعی (بین سهامداران شرکت اصلی)
یک شرکت مادر، بخشی را بهعنوان نهاد مستقل ایجاد میکند. این موضوع زمانی آغاز میشود که شرکت انتظار دارد شرکت فرعی بهطور مستقل ارزش بیشتری نسبت به بخشی از شرکت مادر داشته باشد. شرکت فرعی زمانی ایجاد میشود که شرکت مادر، سهام شرکت تابعه یا بخش کسبوکار را بین سهامداران خود توزیع میکند. این اقدام، یک نوع واگذاری (دارایی یا سرمایه) است.
Spinoff
A parent company creates a spin-off division as an independent entity. A spin-off is initiated when the company expects the spin-off may be worth more independently than as part of the parent company. A spinoff is created when a parent company distributes shares in a subsidiary or business division to the parent company shareholders. It is a type of divestiture.
