ذینفع قابل فسخ، حقوقی تضمین شده برای دریافت خسارت از نهادی مانند شرکت بیمه یا صندوق امانی را ندارد. مالک بیمهنامه این حق را برای خود محفوظ میدارد که بدون نیاز به رضایت ذینفع قابل فسخ، در افرادی که پرداختها (خسارت بیمه) را دریافت میکنند، تغییراتی انجام دهند، شرایط بیمهنامه را تغییر دهد، یا خط مشی بیمهنامه را فسخ کند. اکثر بیمهنامههای عمر این ویژگی را دارند.
Revocable Beneficiary
A revocable beneficiary does not have guaranteed rights to receive compensation from an entity such as an insurance company or a trust fund. The policy owner reserves the right to make changes to who receives payment, change the terms of the policy, or terminate the policy without the need of revocable beneficiary consent. Most life insurance policies have this feature.
