مقررات DD
مقررات DD، دستورالعملی است که توسط فدرال رزرو تنظیم شده است. این مقررات که بهمنظور اجرای قانون حقیقت در پساندازها در سال 1991 به تصویب رسید و بهصورت قانون درآمد، وامدهندگان را ملزم میکند هنگام افتتاح حساب برای مشتریان، اطلاعات یکسانی در مورد کارمزد و بهره ارائه دهند.
Regulation DD
Regulation DD is a directive set forth by the Federal Reserve. Regulation DD was enacted to implement the Truth in Savings Act (TISA), which was passed in 1991 and requires lenders to provide certain uniform information about fees and interest when opening an account for a customer.
