دفترچه راهنما (خلاصه آگهی)
دفترچه راهنما، یک سند رسمی مورد نیاز برای کمیسیون بورس و اوراق بهادار (ایالاتمتحده) است که نزد آن ثبت میشود و درباره عرضه سرمایهگذاری جزئیاتی را به عموم ارائه میدهد. دفترچه راهنما برای عرضه سهام، اوراق قرضه و صندوقهای سرمایهگذاری مشترک (نزد کمیسیون بورس و اوراق بهادار) ثبت میشود.
دفترچه راهنما میتواند در مورد تصمیمگیریهای آگاهانهتر سرمایهگذاری به سرمایهگذاران کمک کند، زیرا حاوی دستهای از اطلاعات مربوط به سرمایهگذاری یا اوراق بهادار است. در حوزههایی غیر از سرمایهگذاری، دفترچه راهنما یک سند چاپی ارائه پیشنهاد است که مدرسه، شرکت تجاری، کتاب آتی و غیره را تبلیغ و توصیف میکند. همه گونه دفترچه راهنما برای جذب یا اطلاع مشتریان، اعضا، خریداران یا سرمایهگذاران وجود دارد.
Prospectus
A prospectus is a formal document required by and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that provides details about an investment offering to the public. A prospectus is filed for offerings of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
The prospectus can help investors make more informed investment decisions because it contains a host of relevant information about the investment or security. In areas other than investing, a prospectus is a printed document that advertises or describes an offering such as a school, commercial enterprise, forthcoming book, etc. All forms of prospectus exist to attract or inform clients, members, buyers, or investors.
