تقسیم به نسبت، نوعی اقدام شرکتی است که ممکن است طی رویدادی مانند تصاحب رخ دهد که در آن یک شرکت در پاسخ به اولویتهای سهامداران، وجه نقد و سهام اولیه خود را تقسیم میکند.
در شرایطی معین، شرکت خریدار ترکیبی از وجه نقد و سهام را پیشنهاد خواهد کرد و سهامداران شرکت موضوع خریداری میتوانند هر کدام را که تمایل دارند، انتخاب کنند.
Proration
Proration is a type of corporate action that may arise during an event such as an acquisition, where a company splits its original cash and equity offer in response to shareholder preferences.
In certain situations, the acquiring firm will offer a combination of cash and equity, and shareholders of the firm being acquired can elect to take either.
