نسبت قیمت به اجاره، نسبت قیمت مسکن به اجاره سالانه یک مکان معین است. این نسبت بهعنوان معیاری برای برآورد این امر بهکار میرود که آیا اجاره کردن یک ملک ارزانتر است یا داشتن آن. نسبت قیمت به اجاره بهعنوان معیاری برای این استفاده میشود که آیا بازارهای مسکن منصفانه ارزشگذاری میشوند یا اینکه حباب هستند.
Price-to-Rent Ratio
The price-to-rent ratio is the ratio of home prices to annualized rent in a given location. This ratio is used as a benchmark for estimating whether it's cheaper to rent or own property. The price-to-rent ratio is used as an indicator for whether housing markets are fairly valued, or in a bubble.
