اوراق قرضه دائمی، که "اوراق قرضه بدون مدت" یا "prep" نیز شناخته میشود، اوراق بهادار با درآمد ثابت و بدون تاریخ سررسید است. در این نوع اوراق قرضه اغلب بهجای بدهی، نوعی سهام درنظر گرفته میشود. یکی از مشکلات عمده این نوع اوراق قرضه این است که قابل بازخرید نیستند. با این حال، مزیت اصلی آنها این است که یک جریان ثابت از بهره را برای همیشه پرداخت میکنند.

One major drawback to these types of bonds is that they are not redeemable. However, the major benefit of them is that they pay a steady stream of interest payments forever.
