اسناد مشارکتی
اسناد مشارکتی، که بهعنوان اسناد پی یا پیان نیز شناخته میشوند، ابزارهای مالی مورد نیاز سرمایهگذاران و صندوقهای تامینی برای سرمایهگذاری در اوراق بهادار هند و بدون نیاز به ثبت در هیئت بورس و اوراق بهادار هند هستند. اسناد پی جزو گروه سرمایهگذاریهایی هستند که بهعنوان سرمایهگذاریهای مشتقه فراساحلی درنظر گرفته میشوند.
Participatory Note
Participatory notes also referred to as P-notes, or PNs, are financial instruments required by investors or hedge funds to invest in Indian securities without having to register with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). P-notes are among the group of investments considered to be Offshore Derivative Investments (ODIs).
