کار سازمان یافته، راهبردی از پیوستن کارگران با یکدیگر بهمنظور چانهزنی جمعی برای مزد بالاتر، مزایای شغلی یا شرایط کاری بهتر است. انجمنهای کاری سازمان یافته بهعنوان اتحادیه نیز شناخته میشوند.
