اهرم عملیاتی، فرمول حسابداری بهای تمام شده (یک نسبت مالی) برای اندازهگیری درجهای است که یک شرکت یا پروژه میتواند درآمد عملیاتی را با افزایش درآمد افزایش دهد. کسبوکاری که فروش با حاشیه سود ناخالص بالا و هزینههای متغیر پایین ایجاد میکند، دارای اهرم عملیاتی بالایی است.
Operating Leverage
Operating leverage is a cost-accounting formula (a financial ratio) that measures the degree to which a firm or project can increase operating income by increasing revenue. A business that generates sales with a high gross margin and low variable costs has high operating leverage.
