اجاره بلندمدت باز (اجاره نامحدود)
اجاره بلندمدت باز، نوعی قرارداد اجاره است که مستاجر (کسی که پرداختهای اجاره دورهای را انجام میدهد) را ملزم میسازد در پایان قرارداد اجاره، پرداخت بالونی انجام دهد که مبلغی معادل تفاوت بین ارزش باقیمانده و ارزش منصفانه بازار عادلانه دارایی است. اجاره بلندمدت باز به "اجاره مالی" نیز معروف است.
بسیاری اوقات، اجاره بلندمدت باز در تراکنشهای تجاری استفاده میشود.
Open-End Lease
An open-end lease is a type of rental agreement that obliges the lessee (the person making periodic lease payments) to make a balloon payment at the end of the lease agreement amounting to the difference between the residual and fair market value of the asset. Open-end leases are also called "finance leases."
Often, open-end leases are used in commercial transactions.
