قانون یک درصدی
قانون یک درصدی، که گاهی به سادگی "قانون یک درصد" بیان میشود، قانونی است که برای تعیین این بهکار میرود که آیا اجاره ماهانه بهدست آمده از یک ملک سرمایهگذاری از پرداخت ماهانه وام مسکن بیشتر است یا نه. هدف آن اطمینان از این است که اجاره بیشتر از پرداخت وام مسکن یا در بدترین حالت، برابر با آن خواهد بود که در این صورت، پول سرمایهگذار در مورد ملک حداقل سربهسر میشود.
One Percent Rule
The one percent rule, sometimes stylized as the "1% rule," is used to determine if the monthly rent earned from a piece of investment property will exceed that property's monthly mortgage payment. The goal of the rule is to ensure that the rent will be greater than or—at worst—equal to the mortgage payment, so the investor at least breaks even on the property.
