بیمه اتکایی اجباری
بیمه اتکایی اجباری، قراردادی است که بیمهگر را ملزم میکند بهطورخودکار تمام بیمهنامههای موجود در دفاتر خود را که در مجموعه معیارها قرار دارد، برای بیمهگر اتکایی ارسال کند. براساس شرایط قرارداد بیمه اتکایی اجباری که به آن قرارداد خودکار نیز میگویند، بیمهگر اتکایی موظف به پذیرش این بیمهنامهها است.
Obligatory Reinsurance
Obligatory reinsurance is a treaty that requires an insurer to automatically send all policies on its books that fall within a set list of criteria to a reinsurer. Under the terms of an obligatory reinsurance agreement, also called an automatic treaty, the reinsurer is obliged to accept these policies.
