اوراق بهادار غیر قابل بازخرید، اوراق بهادار مالی است که به جز با پرداخت جریمه توسط ناشر زودتر قابل بازخرید نیست. ناشر اوراق قرضه غیر قابل بازخرید خود را در معرض ریسک نرخ بهره قرار میدهد، زیرا هنگام انتشار، خود را متعهد به پرداخت بهره ای تا سررسید اوراق خواهد کرد. در صورت کاهش نرخ بهره، ناشر باید تا سررسید اوراق بهادار به پرداخت نرخ بهره بالاتر ادامه دهد.

Noncallable
Noncallable security is a financial security that cannot be redeemed early by the issuer except with the payment of a penalty. The issuer of a noncallable bond subjects itself to interest rate risk because, at issuance, it locks in the interest rate it will pay until the security matures. If interest rates decline, the issuer must continue paying the higher rate until the security matures.
Most treasury securities and municipal bonds are noncallable.
