متصرف غیر مالک، طبقه بندی است که در منشای وام مسکن، قیمت گذاری مبتنی بر ریسک، و آمار برای سرمایهگذاری املاک یک تا چهار واحدی استفاده میشود. طبقه بندی بدین معنی است که مالک ملک را تصرف نمیکند. این اصطلاح، به طور معمول برای املاک اجاره ای چند خانواده ای، مانند ساختمان های آپارتمانی استفاده نمیشود.
