خالص داراییهای مشهود
واژه داراییهای مشهود، به کل داراییهای فیزیکی شرکت منهای همه داراییهای نامشهود اشاره دارد. به عبارت دیگر، خالص داراییهای مشهود بر داراییهای فیزیکی مانند اموال، ماشین آلات و تجهیزات، و نیز موجودیهای مواد و کالا و ابزارهای نقدی تمرکز دارد. هر چیزی که در ترازنامه شرکت درج میشود، داراییهای فیزیکی است، در حالی که دارایی های نامشهود آنهایی هستند که شکل فیزیکی ندارند.
Net Tangible Assets
The term net tangible assets refers to the total physical assets of a company minus all intangible assets and liabilities. In other words, net tangible assets focus on physical assets such as property, plant, and equipment (PP&E), as well as inventories and cash instruments. Physical assets are anything that is listed on a company's balance sheet while intangible assets are those without a physical form.
