بهترین پیشنهاد خرید و فروش ملی، مظنهای است که بالاترین قیمت پیشنهاد خرید و کمترین قیمت پیشنهاد فروش را در یک اوراق بهادار ارائه میکند که از بین همه صرافیها یا مکانهای معاملاتی موجود بهدست میآید. بنابراین، بهترین پیشنهاد خرید و فروش، محدودترین شکاف قیمت پیشنهادی خرید و فروش را در یک اوراق بهادار نشان میدهد.

The National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO) is a quote that reports the highest bid price and lowest ask (offered) price in a security, sourced from among all available exchanges or trading venues. The NBBO, therefore, represents the tightest composite bid-ask spread in a security.
