رویکرد چندگانه، یک نظریه ارزشگذاری مبتنی بر این ایده است که داراییهای مشابه با قیمت مشابه به فروش میرسند. این رویکرد فرض میکند که نوع نسبت مورد استفاده در مقایسه شرکتها، مانند حاشیههای سود عملیاتی یا جریانهای نقدی، در بین شرکتهای مشابه یکسان است.
Multiple Approach
The multiple approach is a valuation theory based on the idea that similar assets sell at similar prices. It assumes that the type of ratio used in comparing firms, such as operating margins or cash flows, is the same across similar firms.
