وام رهنی
وام رهنی، نوعی وام مسکن است که برای خرید یا نگهداری خانه، زمین یا سایر املاک و مستغلات استفاده میشود. وامگیرنده موافقت میکند در طول زمان به وامدهنده پرداخت کند که بهطور معمول در یکسری پرداختهای منظم اصل و بهره تقسیم میشود. در این وضعیت، ملک بهعنوان وثیقه برای تضمین وام عمل میکند.
