رویداد نقدشوندگی، یک تملک، ادغام، عرضه اولیه عمومی (IPO) یا اقدام دیگری است که به بنیانگذاران و سرمایهگذاران اولیه در شرکت اجازه میدهد برخی یا تمام سهام مالکیت خود را نقد کنند.
رویداد نقد شوندگی راهبرد خروج برای سرمایهگذاری غیر نقدی است، یعنی برای سهمی که بازار ناچیز دارد یا اصلا بازاری برای معامله ندارد.
Liquidity Event
A liquidity event is an acquisition, merger, initial public offering (IPO), or other action that allows founders and early investors in a company to cash out some or all of their ownership shares.
A liquidity event is considered an exit strategy for an illiquid investment—that is, for equity that has little or no market to trade on.
