مدیر تصفیه
مدیر تصفیه، شخص یا نهادی است که چیزی، بهطور معمول داراییها، را تصفیه میکند. هنگامیکه داراییها تصفیه میشوند، در بازار آزاد به صورت نقد یا سایر معادلها فروخته میشوند. مدیر تصفیه به ماموری اطلاق میشود که بهطور ویژه برای پایان دادن به امور یک شرکت در زمان بسته شدن آن، بهطور معمول زمانیکه شرکت در حال ورشکستگی است، منصوب میشود. داراییهای شرکت توسط مدیر تصفیه به فروش میرسد و وجوه حاصل از آن برای پرداخت بدهیهای شرکت بهکار میرود.
Liquidator
A liquidator is a person or entity that liquidates something—generally assets. When assets are liquidated, they are sold on the open market for cash or other equivalents. A liquidator refers to an officer who is specially appointed to wind up the affairs of a company when the company is closing—typically when the company is going bankrupt. Assets of a company are sold by the liquidator and the resulting funds are used to pay off the company's debts.
