مسئولیت محدود (شرکت)
مسئولیت محدود (شرکت)، نوعی ساختار قانونی برای یک سازمان است که در آن زیان شرکتی از مبلغ سرمایهگذاری شده در یک شرکت تضامنی یا شرکت با مسئولیت محدود (LLC) تجاوز نمیکند. به عبارت دیگر، در صورت ورشکسته شدن شرکت، داراییهای خصوصی سرمایهگذاران و مالکان در معرض خطر قرار نمیگیرد.
Limited Liability
Limited liability is a type of legal structure for an organization where a corporate loss will not exceed the amount invested in a partnership or limited liability company (LLC). In other words, investors' and owners' private assets are not at risk if the company fails.
