اعتبار مطالعه مادامالعمر (LLC)، مادهای از قوانین مالیات بر درآمد فدرال ایالاتمتحده است که به والدین و دانشآموزان اجازه میدهد بدهی مالیاتی خود را تا 2000 دلار کاهش دهند تا به جبران هزینههای آموزش عالی کمک کنند. متاسفانه اعتبار (LLC) قابل استرداد نیست، به این معنی که میتوانید از (LLC) برای پرداخت مالیاتی استفاده کنید که بدهکار هستید اما طبق مقررات سازمان مالیاتی کشوری (IRS)، هیچ یک از اعتبارات را پس نمیگیرید.
Lifetime Learning Credit
The Lifetime Learning Credit (LLC) is a provision of the U.S. federal income tax code that lets parents and students lower their tax liability by up to $2,000 to help offset higher education expenses. Unfortunately, the LLC is not refundable, which means you can use the LLC to pay the taxes you owe, but you don't get a refund back of any of the credit, according to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
